1. How long does the diffuser last?
Our hanging diffusers last around 60+ days on average. However, in warmer seasons, they dry up faster and may need more refills. To address heat-related longevity concerns, we offer electric diffusers that last longer.
2. I can't smell the scent after few days.
Not being able to detect the scent can occur due to what is known as "Olfactory Fatigue".
3. Where are your products made?
Our products are made locally in Sydney Australia using ingredients that are sourced locally and Internationally.
4. What is the shelf life on your products?
All of our scented products are designed to last up to 12 months
5. Are your oils safe?
We only source and use IFRA (International Fragrance Association) perfume approved oil
6. Do your products cause allergy?
If you suffer allergic or respiratory reactions to perfume or any type of air fresheners, we recommend you DO NOT use our products as we can not guarantee that you won't get an allergic reaction. Should any allergic reaction occur, please seek medical help.
7. Are your products safe to keep in the car?
Our hanging diffusers are designed to withstand car cabin temperatures. Our pocket sprays are recommended to be stored in center console or glovebox and be kept away from direct heat or sunlight.
8. DO'S
Where possible avoid direct sunlight as excess heat will dry the diffuser.
The longer you prime the diffuser (tipping upside down with wooden cap on) the stronger the scent. We recommend holding upside down for 40 seconds when new and the 15-25 seconds for top ups.
9. DON'TS
Warning.Do not swallow.
Keep out of reach of children.
Avoid rubbing eyes upon contact with oil.
Please Seek medical you swallow diffuser liquid, have an allergic reaction, have breathing difficulties.
Do not allow liquid to come into contact with textiles or finished surfaces.
Clean spillage immediately with damp cloth.
Avoid spillage on painted or porous surfaces.
Oversaturation of a hanging diffuser can cause leaks and damage the interior. If you accidentally oversaturate, please remove the diffuser immediately and contact us.
